Erica Ash, President
Erica has over 20 years of hands-on experience in a variety of finance, accounting, project management and information systems roles. She has experience with healthcare, governmental, technology, not-for-profit, social services and manufacturing organizations.
She has a Technology Management MBA from the University of Washington, a BBA from the University of Michigan and is a licensed CPA in Washington.
Daria Heimerman, Vice President
Daria has nearly 15 years of hands-on experience in a variety of finance, accounting, project management and business development roles. She has experience in healthcare, not-for-profit, manufacturing and real estate organizations.
Daria has a MBA from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Washington State University.

Colleen Barry, Consultant
Colleen has nearly 30 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership positions. She has a wide array of experience in day-to-day accounting operations, strategic planning, implementing process improvements and system conversions. She has worked in the banking, social services, real estate, telecommunications, healthcare and not-for-profit sectors.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Montana State University and earned her CPA certification in Montana.
Catherine Hawkins, Consultant
Catherine has over 20 years of experience in accounting, operations, project management, compliance reporting and process improvement roles. She has experience with manufacturing, telecommunications, not-for-profit, technology and property management organizations.
Catherine has a MBA from University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree from Washington State University.
Linda Hunt, Accounting Assistant
Linda manages a variety of administrative duties at Ash Consulting, including reporting, invoicing, billing and bookkeeping.
Linda has more than 25 years of business experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University. Linda would love to be retired full time but we just won’t let her.
